For State and Community Partners: We believe that solving preventable maternal and infant death is within reach. We understand that this takes connection to prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum and infant care as well as sound, non-partisan policy and partnering with the mothers and families that are most impacted by disparate outcomes. The CPCQC team:
- Leads with Data: Translates data into recommended actions to improve perinatal outcomes in Colorado throughout pregnancy and the first year postpartum
- Strengthens Networks: Deepens relationships between healthcare providers and community organizations to support a more unified perinatal care infrastructure.
- Focuses on Policy: Advances, develops, and implements policy across the state
- Facilitates: Strategies and collective action spanning rural perinatal health, safe transfers, and mental health
- Commits to Coloradans: Invests in the integration of lived experience to inform and guide action
