Eileen is an established leader with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit finance, operations, administration and leadership. Her areas of expertise include financial management and ensuring a financially sound and sustainable organization as well as a strategic and coherent approach to human resource management, which she believes is integral in building a successful and engaged team.
Eileen considers herself a life-long learner and is always working to improve her skills in areas that serve her role and organization. In addition to her accounting and business administration studies, Eileen has earned a professional certification in Transformational Nonprofit Leadership through the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and a Professional Coaching certification from the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute. When Eileen is not working or reading…you will likely find her hiking in the mountains or digging in the dirt in her local community garden, where she also serves on the board of directors.
