
Megan Lagueux, MS, RN, BSN
Megan Lagueux is a Clinical Research Nurse and Research Services Program Director at the Colorado School of Public Health Lifecourse Epidemiology of Adiposity and Diabetes (LEAD) Center. She has over a decade of experience in clinical and epidemiological research and as a nurse caring for patients in obstetrics, maternal fetal medicine, and the neonatal intensive care unit. Megan served on the Leadership Subcommittee for the DEFINE program from 2020- 2022 and joined the Board of Directors in 2024, bringing her expertise in data collection and quality improvement methods to the organization. She has dedicated her career to supporting pregnant people and families through clinical care and research. She is passionate about reducing health complications for pregnant persons and improving perinatal mental health in the Colorado community. Megan holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health and will complete the nurse midwifery program at the University of Colorado in 2025. She has two spirited and adventurous young kiddos and enjoys chasing them around this beautiful state on foot, bike and skis.
