Serving as the Director of Finance and Operations for CPCQC, Casey oversees the organization’s finances, operations, grants management, and contracts, helping ensure CPCQC has the infrastructure needed to support statewide quality improvement efforts that improve outcomes for Colorado’s birthing families.

Casey works closely with staff, funders, and partners to manage a diverse portfolio of federal, state, and private grants while strengthening the operational processes that support CPCQC’s programs. She is passionate about building sustainable systems, fostering organizational excellence, and ensuring resources are used effectively to advance evidence-based perinatal care across Colorado.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Writing from The Evergreen State College and a Master of Fine Arts in Writing from Sarah Lawrence College, Casey’s background as a writer informs her approach to leadership, combining clear communication, strategic thinking, and attention to detail in support of mission-driven work.
