Connecting With Communities

CPCQC’s approach to systems change recognizes clinical-community care connections as key to addressing systemic and structural inequities that influence maternal-infant health outcomes. We acknowledge that without community partnerships and targeted implementation efforts, health policies and practices can have unintended consequences that perpetuate these inequities. We are working to fill gaps in Colorado perinatal health care by ensuring that the priorities and perspectives of Colorado’s diverse communities are represented in our work.

We partner with individuals, community groups, and community-based organizations.
