Perinatal Intimate Partner Violence

This training prepares healthcare providers to initiate conversations and screen for Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) with patients. Participants will learn to define IPV, apply a trauma-informed and intersectional lens, navigate mandatory reporting responsibilities, and use safe screening, documentation, and communication practices. The training also covers a patient-led approach to disclosure and safety planning for both patients and staff.
