Colorado Hospital Substance Exposed Newborns (CHoSEN) Collaborative: In-Person Fall Forum

This CHoSEN Forum will include presentations on Stigma & Biases Data and Lived Experience Experts to support stigma reduction and identify other opportunities for care improvement. In the afternoon, there will be multiple breakout sessions, as we focus on the “how-tos” of implementation, barriers to improvement, and networking.

*Breakfast and check-in and materials pick up will begin at 8:30 am
