Accelerating Excellence: Reflecting on a Year of Momentum
As 2025 draws to a close, we reflect on a year defined by extraordinary effort and measurable progress across Colorado’s perinatal quality care collaborative. This quarter’s newsletter is dedicated to Accelerating Excellence, a theme that captures the momentum we have built together at CPCQC.
Colorado can be a national leader in perinatal health. There is every opportunity for this state to continue to enhance the way we approach perinatal care, ensure perinatal care access and preparedness across care settings, and measure what is working well and sustain the wins.
In my inaugural CEO letter in July, I laid out several commitments to the perinatal healthcare community, policymakers, and families across the state. I am proud to share that not only are we meeting these commitments at CPCQC, but we are poised to continue the progress alongside all of the partners that we work with to align resources and strategies.

CPCQC is ready to build, to extend, and to strengthen perinatal care in innovative ways that combine the power of policy, clinical and community integration, and support for the providers and institutions families depend on.
Our year kicks off with more transparent data insights, the launch of all of the 2026 quality improvement cohorts, and an outstanding Annual Forum at the end of April!
